These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at sactownsfinest.com and any purchases you make from Sactown's Finest Vinyl and Print (“Sactown's Finest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our site and placing an order, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Custom Orders & Proof Approval

Many of our products are custom-printed to your specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge:

• Proof review: For orders requiring a design proof, we will send a digital proof to your email before production begins. You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully — including spelling, layout, colors, and placement — before approving it. Once you approve a proof, we begin production and the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Color accuracy: Colors displayed on screen may differ from printed output due to monitor calibration, ink characteristics, and substrate type. We do our best to match your design faithfully, but we cannot guarantee exact color matching to on-screen colors.
• File quality: Print quality is limited by the resolution and quality of files you provide. We are not responsible for blurry or pixelated results caused by low-resolution artwork. We will contact you if we notice obvious issues before printing.

3. Intellectual Property & Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, images, or other files to us, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the artwork or have full rights and licenses to use it for commercial printing purposes.
• The artwork does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
• The artwork does not contain illegal content, obscene or defamatory material, or content that violates any applicable law.

You grant Sactown's Finest Vinyl and Print a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your artwork for any other purpose without your consent.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem offensive, illegal, or that we believe infringes on third-party rights. We are not liable for any claims arising from artwork you submit. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your artwork or your violation of these Terms.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
• Applicable sales tax will be added for orders shipped to California addresses as required by California law.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout, processed securely by Stripe.
• We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
• If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You will need to provide a valid payment method to proceed.

5. Order Cancellations

• Before proof approval: You may cancel your order at any time before you approve a design proof, and we will issue a full refund.
• After proof approval / in production: Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a defect caused by our error.
• Immediate production orders (e.g., gang sheets using our builder, image-by-size orders with your design already finalized): These enter production immediately upon payment. Cancellation is not available once payment is confirmed.

6. Turnaround Times & Shipping

• Turnaround times shown on our site are estimates, not guarantees. Production times may vary based on order volume and complexity.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after delivery confirmation. Please file a claim with the carrier.
• For local pickup orders, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Unclaimed orders held for more than 30 days may be subject to a storage fee.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because most of our products are custom-made to order, returns and refunds are limited. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

In summary: we will replace or refund any order that contains a manufacturing defect or significant error on our part. We are not able to accept returns of custom-printed items due to customer errors in submitted artwork, approved proofs, or order specifications.

8. Loyalty Points & Rewards

If we offer a loyalty points or rewards program, points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be modified at our discretion. Points cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sactown's Finest Vinyl and Print and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill — arising from your use of our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your order or use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at info@sactownsfinest.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. We will do the same.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we may notify you by email.
